PHYSICAL FITNESS IS HAVING GOOD HEALTH AND STRENGTH ACHIEVED THROUGH EXERCISE. IT IS STRIVING TO BE IN GOOD SHAPE AND TAKING GOOD CARE OF OUR BODIES. WHEN WE ARE PHYSICALLY FIT, OUR ATHLETIC ABILITIES ARE STRONGER. IT IS IMPORTANT TO STAY PHYSICALLY FIT FOR OUR HEALTH AS WELL AS FOR ACHIEVING OUR GOALS IN MARTIAL ARTS.
Dear parents/guardians,
This month we are learning about physical fitness and why it is so important. Physical Fitness is having good health and strength achieved through exercise. We want our students to understand what physical fitness is, and why it’s important.
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
- Lead by example.
Take good care of your health and your body. Stay active and exercise regularly. - Include your kids in your exercise.
Workout with them, go for walks or play sports at home. - Talk to your kids about physical fitness
and why it is important. - Have a discussion with your child
about their goals in martial arts then explain how being physically fit will help them achieve those goals. - Encourage your kids
to stay active and keep track of their physical fitness.
