🛡 Okinawan Karate — We teach Goshin-Ryu, a self-defense-focused style that combines the four major Okinawan karate systems: Shorin-Ryu, Goju-Ryu, Uechi-Ryu, and Isshin-Ryu. Students learn both hard and soft techniques, blending effective self-defense with character development. The curriculum also includes modern and classical elements of Ju-jutsu, Aikido, Judo, and ground-based Ne-Jitsu, giving students a well-rounded skill set grounded in centuries of martial arts tradition.
🌱 SKILLZ Child Development — For our youngest martial artists, we’ve adopted the internationally recognized SKILLZ programs, which use martial arts as a vehicle for developing physical, intellectual, emotional, and social growth. Each program is tailored by age group, from preschoolers in Lil’ Dragonz to pre-teens in JR Karate. These classes help children build focus, discipline, and self-esteem at every stage of development.
